The cost of tuition for Oregon residents at Lane Community College rose by 7.3% in the 2022-23 school year, based on the latest figures, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

Oregon residents paid $5,720 to attend the public four-year institution this year, marking a $387 increase from the $5,333 tuition charged in the 2021-22 academic year.

Non-resident students faced tuition fees 110.1% higher than those for residents in 2022-23, amounting to $12,020. This represents a 5.9% increase from $11,345 in the previous school year.

Approximately 95% of the undergraduate student body at Lane Community College are Oregon residents, while about 5% come from other states.

Data indicates that 75% of full-time undergraduates who enrolled at Lane Community College in 2022-23 received some form of financial aid. A total of 686 students were awarded grants or scholarships totaling $4.8 million, and 300 students obtained student loans exceeding $956,288.

Across all undergraduate students, 2,899 received grants or scholarships amounting to $25.3 million. Additionally, 2,007 students borrowed $7.9 million in federal student loans.
