Former Willamette High School star Dane Woodcook and the New Mexico State Aggies fell 9-6 to the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders in an NCAA Division I baseball matchup Sunday, March 29, at 11 a.m.

Reese Smith Jr Field hosted the contest, which marked the teams’ third game against each other this season. They have split the series so far.

Woodcook registered three hits on five at-bats, scoring once with two RBIs, while striking out twice and leaving one runner stranded.

The Aggies will return to Presley Askew Field on Thursday, April 2, for their next scheduled game against the Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens.
