Lane County Housing and Community Action announced on Mar. 31 the launch of its 2026 Community Needs Survey, inviting residents to provide feedback on services such as housing, shelter, basic needs, education, employment, transportation, and health.
The survey is part of Lane County’s efforts to identify service gaps and improve programming for low-income families. The county is required to conduct this assessment every three years as a Community Action Agency. According to the announcement, community members—especially those with firsthand experience accessing these services—are encouraged to participate in the survey.
The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete and is available in both English and Spanish until May 16, 2026.
