The Oregon men’s golf team finished in second place at the Bandon Dunes Championship, which concluded on March 10 at the Pacific Dunes course. The Ducks posted a 14-under score over three rounds, marking their best finish of the season.

This result is significant as it continues Oregon’s strong performance history at this event, with top-two finishes in each of the last four years and victories in 2022, 2023, and 2025. The Ducks’ opening round score of 16-under-par (268) equaled the seventh-lowest round to par in program history.

Oregon State claimed both the team and individual titles, finishing 17 strokes ahead of Oregon. The Ducks were ten shots clear of Seattle University, which placed third. Only four teams finished under par for the tournament.

Sophomore Ramil Saelim led Oregon with a fifth-place finish at five-under-par, his best result this season. Freshman Oscar Lent, competing as an individual, matched Saelim’s total for his second top-five finish as a freshman. Teammates Jeffrey Kwak and Aiden Krafft also finished under par and tied for thirteenth place with two-under scores. Freshman Sebastian Desoisa rounded out Oregon’s scoring lineup by placing twentieth after shooting a final-round 68.

Other notable performances included Kyreece Romero leading all players with a par-3 scoring average of 2.79 and tying for second-most birdies alongside Kwak with thirty-seven each. The Ducks also tied Oregon State for best par-5 scoring average (4.63) and recorded the most pars in the field (173).

Looking ahead, Oregon will host its next event—the Duck Invitational—at Eugene Country Club starting March 23.
