The University of Oregon announced on Apr. 27 that all three games in the upcoming softball series between No. 12 Oregon and No. 6 UCLA will be broadcast on the Big Ten Network.
The games are scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with start times set for 4 p.m., 1:30 p.m., and 11 a.m., respectively. These time changes were made following the selection of the series for national television coverage.
This weekend’s matchups carry significant weight as they will determine the winner of the 2026 Big Ten regular season title. Nebraska currently leads the conference with a record of 20-1, followed by UCLA at 19-2 and Oregon at 18-3. Nebraska is set to play Penn State over the same weekend.
Depending on this weekend’s results, Oregon could secure either the first, second, or third seed in the upcoming Big Ten Tournament hosted by Maryland from May 6 to May 9.
The outcomes not only affect tournament seeding but also have implications for postseason opportunities as teams compete for top positions in one of college softball’s most competitive conferences.
