The Oregon women’s golf team finished in ninth place at the 2026 Big Ten Championships after completing play on April 26 at Oakmont Country Club in Glendale, California. The Ducks ended the tournament with a score of 38-over par, shooting a final round of 17-over par.

This result means that Oregon will now wait for its NCAA Regional selection, which is scheduled to be announced on Golf Channel at 1 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, April 29.

During the final round, Oregon’s five-player lineup managed six birdies combined. The team’s four counting scorers recorded an eight-over score on the front nine and a nine-over score on the back nine. Sophomore Tong An was Oregon’s top finisher, tying for twentieth overall with an eight-over total after posting a seven-over-par round of 77 in the final day. Darae Chung and Sophie Han each carded a three-over-par round of 73, while Annika Ishiyama finished one stroke behind with a four-over-par round of 74.

Oregon competed without junior Kiara Romero, who is ranked as the number one amateur in the world and was last year’s Big Ten individual champion. Romero missed this conference tournament to participate in an LPGA major event at the Chevron Championship. As a result of this finish, Oregon’s streak of twenty-one consecutive top-five finishes came to an end.

The Ducks’ next step will be determined by their placement in the upcoming NCAA Regional selection show.
