The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Peter A. Defazio, Defazio for Congress, refunded $40 to Tom Goss on Feb. 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Defazio for Congress has refunded $30,327 total since Sept. 1, 2020.
