Interim Ward 7 Councilor Lyndsie Leech was sworn in Monday, December 19, 2022 in Mayor Lucy Vinis’ office. The City Council appointed Lyndsie Leech to fill the Ward 7 Interim City Councilor position during a Work Session conducted Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
Leech will serve until a successor, duly elected in May of 2023, takes office in July of 2023. The successor, elected in May of 2023, will serve out the remainder of the current City Council, Ward 7 term (01/2021-01/2025)
